Once we were students at the same university in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Someone called Al-Lil, added me to the Facebook group. They are mostly my seniors. Initiating a discussion with my super seniors was kinda ‘shall I? Shall I not?’, at first. I did anyway. After a while with a series of online conversation, I started to feel as one of them.
Next, Someone called Genn, suggested a reunion. I was selected as one of the committee among them who I’ve never met. We emailed, we sms’d, we connected via FB and at last, we met to discuss further about the plan to get everyone reunited.
Last week was our re-union. About 80+ came. What a great fun, meeting again at this age.
Many are now with salutation as Dr. Datuk, Dato, Dato Seri, Datin, grandma & grandpa.
We gathered recalling the good old days………….
5 hours was not good enough catching up.………………

Eating………….
Welcoming………….Praising………
Posing..…Applausing……
Joking……………….
They were my juniors, seniors and super seniors. Now they are holding high position at their own fields.
But….
last weekend, they came without expecting to be recognized with their salutation. They toned down as a friends, regardless of who they are.
We got together celebrating a stretch month of birthdays too.
A few still able to perform, as in their younger days.
for better or bad, we did perform as promised.
It wasn't easy, but at last! all managed to get together and stayed still for a memorable pose.

As it wasn't easy to get all to stay still for the pose, it also wasn't easy to disperse. Not only from the feeling point of view, but also physically difficult to get up after the camera posing.
