Bird Park Within Meetings

Its a meeting week. The technology doesnt seem to play much role. emailing, teleconferencing, e-meeting, etc are not considered 'meeting'. People still need to meet eye-to-eye. Thats what I've been doing throughout this week. Meeting and visiting. I didnt mind the meeting part, but I do mind going through the traffic jam. Its a jamming session every day. Young and handsome??? I'm afraid, all including me, had past that level. But I didnt let the busy schedule jeopardizes my life. STRESS KILLS . So, in between, I made a stop at the Bird Park. Its in the middle of the City of Kuala Lumpur y'know. Self-meditated, alone but not lonely, relief, listened to the birds chirping, soothed my vision on the greens, quenched my thirts at the nice and cosy wooden restaurant overseeing the park, said hi! to the approaching 'Burung Tiung' ,a singing bird, having its glamorous scientific name as Acridotheses Tristis. The sound, 'tiung..! tiung..! as what its called. The 2 hornbills on a date made me smile. Next, off I went to the following meeting. Gosh! traffic was so congested. I took my own sweet time ,appreciating the old and the new buildings, cruising through the clean city of Kuala Lumpur. Opss..! 10 minutes behind time. The last meeting dragged until very late. Plus the 2 hours driving round and round, got lost and finding sign board to lead, I at last reached home escorted by neon lightings along the way. Another dawn to dusk activity. That remind me of 'Penang in a day'. Another 2 days to the weekend and more meeting ahead.(sigh..)
