It was a shocking news for me, getting a resignation letter from one of my staff, who is a fast learner, not-too-young of age and educated with a Master Degree.
I am SHOCKED! not because she resigned. Employee comes and goes. Thats normal in this IT industry. I am SHOCKED! because she is asked to resign by her husband who is a freelancer, so that she could stay home to take care of his mother, because his mother does not want to be left alone with the maid. No furhter comment. SALUTE you lady..!!!
