Mixed-sensations

Sometimes, my hubby make me laugh but a few occasions he made me wanna cry too. At one point, he came home with controlled-anger.

As a tour agent, meeting lots of people of multi characters, colorful attitude and humorous act, the mood of his story changes depending on the type of people he handled.

Among a few stories that I could recall.......

there were a group of people from a very secluded area , sponsored by their government to Malaysia. Upon entering the hotel room, it was dark, of course, without slotting in the access card to the main switch. The poor guys stayed in the dark room thinking, that was meant to be since their trip was free. Free trip, no electricity.

Upon landing at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), another tourist received a call that her mother just passed away. Sad.

Even more pitiful, an excited elderly retired man had no choice but to choose the invisible path to his panoramic trip, as he died of heart attack while on tour.

Some stories causing chemical imbalances too, like at one time, the man of a family kept on delaying the payment until their last day of tour, coming down from Genting Highland, when the family walked out of the vehicles telling the driver "no money". He gambled all his money at Genting Highland gambling parlor.

Tourist vs monkey: Just becareful of monkeys at the 'Batu Caves'. They are brave enough to snap things from your hand. This happened many times, but despite the guide's advice, still some people prefer losing their money, air-ticket and passport to the apes.
