I had been eyeing on this lamp, comtemplating for so long, but was hesitating to buy because I threw mine away accidentally when I moved to a new house about 5 years ago. So ‘sayang’ (what a waste), it was the first salt lamp that I bought from Pakistan, the country where its was originated from.
I bought another one locally, last week and put it next to my bed, to replace my existing night light. It is looking so pretty in the dark.
I heard lots of good remedies were said about it, such as, it reduces migraine, sinusitis, skin problems, and many more. Anyway, I didn't purchase due to that. I just like anything of nature. People in many part of Pakistan actually use this salt in their cooking.
In fact, I like it so much that I bought another one yesterday for my office, then another for an old friend.
Somehow, ever since I had it in my bedroom, my sleepless night is gone. For a few days in many years, I could fall into a deep sleep and woke up with energetic new day. Maybe what they said about the magic lamp is true or maybe its all in the mind. I would go for a positive thinking though. It works !

my first salt lamp .....thank you dear sister.2T
T,
you should use it as a nite lamp or just set it on all day at your living room. Who knows, it might help to reduce migraine and sinusitis.
I read about it in the internet. It releases ion -ve, which suppose to be good for health. No more MC... Im considering to get a bigger one for my living room. Got to find a corner.
Good evening
