1st May 2011: The death of Ossama Bin Laden

This is my personal say about Ossama’s death.
I’ve just landed at Chicago airport when I received a text message from my hubby “Ossama is killed”. Then I saw it was written on a from page of the local news paper “Ossama is dead”.

Throughout my stay, the front page of the local new papers were all about the victory of the US troops killing Ossama Bin Laden.

My sympathy is more to his wives, children and relatives. Yes he was labeled as terrorist at his later life, but I he was also a hero at his earlier life. His intention was to fight for his country, for his people. What a shame that he allowed his mind set to misled his initial strives. Another Robin Hood is gone.

Should he based his projects on the teaching of Quran and Hadith, he couldn't have died as a terrorist to the world. Should didn't he killed the innocent on his wrong mission of Sep 11, he could have been alive and progressed successfully on his business and he could have been his own emperor having mega buildings of Bin Laden all over the world. Next, he could have created a legend of an excellent father figure.

Look what he could have achieved but didnt. Its a shame indeed.

All the good intentions vanished, together with others’ respects on the great religion of Islam.Such a respectful ‘Din’, the Muslims have to live carrying the label of extremist to the eyes of some people. Thank God, many still have a good perception on Islam, that Islam is not a religion of the terrorists. A muslim will not kill innocent people.

His time is up. Allah had set His word… “Be!”

May the death of Ossama marks a turning point to the world towards a good perception of Islam.
